"Everything about the hotel, grounds, location and room were great. The only problem was I had a very important envelope being deliver to me at the hotel. I had spoken to the manager/staff at least 3 times to make sure it could be delivered and would be accepted. I spoke to them again the morning it was to be delivered and they said fine.
