"Great location and comfortable rooms and beds. We stayed in the villas and it’s a short walk to all pools and the tower. Very family friendly! Front desk help was terrible when we arrived and again the next am when we went to ask questions. No eye contact, someone just walked away after looking at us and we basically stood there with no assistance - we finally walked away. Not that even tho this site says breakfast is included, it is not after Jun 27. It’s a short walk to seaworld, and they helped us book cheaper tickets!"

"It was extremely clean and well maintained. The rate was very reasonable, and the cost for having our dog with us was minimal. It also has a free EV charging station. I would definitely stay there again."

"It’s a really cute and fun resort for kids and families overall. All level staff were very nice, respectful, and professional. However, the room could have been better updated, the mattress I had was slightly sunken in and uncomfortable. "
