Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Beds were very comfortable, like a cloud. Pool was very warm which we like.
Building is showing its age. Wallpaper falling off, carpets ripped and pulling, one elevator not working at all. Staff was very unfriendly and seemed as if it was an inconvenience for you to ask questions. We wanted an extra blanket. Called housekeeping from our room. Rang and rang with no answer. Called the front desk, same thing. Walked all the way down to the front desk to ask for a blanket and advise them of the phone issue. Never made eye contact once while he was typing on the computer. Said “hmm, looked at his phone and said it’s working” never making eye contact. Then said, someone will bring up a blanket. That was the end of the conversation. Not, sorry for the inconvenience, not have a nice day. Just stopped talking.
Overall for what we paid a night ($79 plus fees taxes) we got what we paid for I suppose.
