"Everything was wonderful ! Love the amount of pools and jacuzzi they have on first and second floor. The view from the room was amazing ! Few things need to be mentioned for all travelers : #1. They don’t have a bus or taxi service so if you need a ride need to call taxi ! #2. Mondays restaurant is closed so you only able to have sandwich ( nothing too fancy) and you can get drinks at bar ( huge plus). #3. If you reserve a room you get access to the spa , however , they charge 5 euros for hair...

The location was lively and with many activities near by. "The LBV hotel is an absolutely beautiful property. However, it is a VERY steep climb up to it from Pinhao. Unless you have a car (which is challenging to drive in this area) or want to pay for a taxi to get to a restaurant it is not convenient. I averaged 10 miles a day travelling in Europe and this climb was A LOT. I think this is the norm for the area. Hotel was a GREAT bargain but challenging to get to."
