Cons: We were given a cramped triple room with a dilapidated tile terrace rather than what we reserved, which was a superior double room with a glass balcony and a panoramic view. "

Reception staff always ready to offer advice on where to dine, walk or visit depending on the amount of time we had that day. While I am aware that the hotel is not a 4 star hotel, the staff made it feel it could be. "

"Room was very rundown as though Expedia clients get the worse rooms. Toilet ran all night, had to get the lamp fixed, curtains were fithy, and entrance garden all overgrown making it hard to enter the room. Too bad- potentially a great place but needs alot of work."
