"The best thing about this property is its location. Rua de Flores is a no-car street with restaurants and shops an easy walk to the train station and down to the waterfront. My studio was spartan. Furnished by Ikea. Nice but there was no comfortable chair to relax on. A small table with two plastic chairs and the bed. I had a balcony that overlooked the back side of other buildings with a chair and small table. The fake ivy on the wall separating my balcony from the one next door was falling...

"The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...

"The apartment here was amazing. We have stayed at numerous hotels and Apartment type places, and this is probably the best one we have stayed at. It does actually look just like the photos. The apartment was very clean, and spacious, and the bed very comfortable. It is located on a busy central street, but there is no to little sound after closing the window shutters. Fridge, stovetop, freezer, and washer all in the apartment, with supplies. Location is great - many bars and restaurants, and...

"The manager was amazing and very helpful. And the housekeeper was very sweet. We had to use our towels for a leak in the toilet hose, and had to buy our own toilet paper as we almost ran out. But the manager renewed our supplies as soon as she heard. Loved our stay."

"The property itself was very good, clean, comfortable and well located. It is however directly in the flight path, so there are landing planes every few minutes roaring over head late into the night and starting again at 5:30 am making good sleep difficult. I was on the top floor making it worse. I was in Lisbon for work for a week, so consistently disrupted sleep was an issue. Otherwise very nice property"
