"The hotel is very beautiful. You feel like you’re in a tropical oasis. The staff are very friendly. The only problem we had was the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the sheets, blood running down the toilet, sticky stuff all over the coffee table and when we opened the pullout bed it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The sheets were dirty, old food and trash was wrapped in it so we just closed it back up. Housekeeping took over an hour to come back and clean the...
