"This was a great spot for our getaway to San Diego. I traveled with my wife and 18-year-old son. The resort had everything we needed, and the location was great for exploring the city and its attractions. Everything was 10-20 minutes away by car. The only think that was not great was the parking situation. Parking is $43/night. We chose to park in a little public lot adjacent to the property instead. A lot of the street spaces don't allow for overnight parking, but the lot we found in the park is legal and free 24/7 except for Tuesdays."

"Very nice. Staff was lovely and waved the parking fee cause it was our anniversary. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Location is very nice being so close to the harbor and shelter Island. Very easy to walk to a lot of restaurants. "

"We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The pool and the tropical garden are nice. The room was dated but clean. The staff were welcoming. I highly recommend it. ."

"This place has everything you would want in a typical basic hotel. Its contemporary styled and clean. Good hot breakfast in the morning. Great location. Only downside is that the breakfast room is very small compared to the size of the property. It got really crowded by 8::15ish every single day we were here."
