I had a lovely stay- the bed is probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I really love this hotel, and will stay here any time I visit London. The staff are very gracious and professional. "As a solo traveller, this was the perfect flat for my stay. Check in was simple and the building felt very secure. It was still warm when I arrived so the addition of the two fans were life savors. This flat is on the top floor which allows a lovely view but you will need to walk up some stairs since the elevator stops at the 3rd floor. "Overall, a nice property and great service, but 2 notable exceptions. TV system displays over 200 channels, most of which have no content. For example, no BBC channels worked. Secondly, the 2 persons in charge of the breakfast service that I encountered seemed rather unapproachable. I took comfort that was not just for me, it was pretty consistent for everyone who arrived and went to give their room number. Quite surprising in comparison to all the other staff. Despite this, I would book again."
