"Stayed 1 night before flying home after solo trip to England. Manager was very helpful, great breakfast included (continental, extra cost for more). Had great rate for (as expected) tiny room up many many stairs (no lift, which I was aware of and had no problem with, but could be an issue for others). Was great value for the cost for me, I've stayed in a few other properties in the area (Sussex Garden near Paddington), this one was one of the better ones. "

"The best I can say is that the location gave easy access to a couple of tube stations and had a Tesco express across the road. We booked for six of us and when we got there were pretty shocked to find no towels in the place - we finally managed to find two wedged in the sofa bed linen inside the sofa bed.
