The receptionist is not accommodating enough. Asked us twice to go back and forth to the main building as the key card is not activated. To have a good breakfast, you have to pay as the free breakfast has a very limited option.

Great value, but the breakfast was disappointed. All in all a good stay, and no problem finding breakfast on cafés nearby. For a budget stay in Notting Hill it’s perfect!

Easy to find and staff friendly and helpful. Stairs not easy with luggage we were on the third floor but room clean and adequate. overall it was ideal for our familly- three adults and two children.
