"I stayed at this location October 2023. I was excited to return. Downside is currently the hotel's restaurantis only serving Continetal Breakfast. Upside, The Leinster Arms is around the corner and they have a wonderful menu. History Enthusiasts would be interested to know the Lancaster became the Douglas House. Early Who fans might be interested to know this was a club that The Detours played at often. I am looking forward to returning soon."

"Good hotel in a great area for walking around Hyde park or shopping along Oxford street. Lancaster gate tube station underneath was a real plus too. The prompt room service and tasty food that came with it was also a selling point. Only shortfall we found was the limited options for food choices at breakfast as two individuals with specific dietary requirements. Also cost for breakfast is a little exoensive so food out nearby is probably cheaper; we did this on two days over our stay."

"Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were great and accommodating. Awesome location close to all amenities and tube as well public transport. Only fault I couldn’t turn off the bathroom heating and asked for it to be addressed as London was warm so no need to have hearing on. "
