"This was my third stay, and the wonderful young lady who checked me in very kindly upgraded my room to an executive king. I had a lovely stay- the bed is probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I really love this hotel, and will stay here any time I visit London. The staff are very gracious and professional. It is also conveniently located to Paddington, but on a quiet street. "

"A tiny room with no air conditioner working. Very clean though and quiet along with its great location. Marvellous breakfast. Good WiFi. Strange system for hot water in the shower (I think it was broken). Excellent price."

"Overall, a nice property and great service, but 2 notable exceptions. TV system displays over 200 channels, most of which have no content. For example, no BBC channels worked. Secondly, the 2 persons in charge of the breakfast service that I encountered seemed rather unapproachable. I took comfort that was not just for me, it was pretty consistent for everyone who arrived and went to give their room number. Quite surprising in comparison to all the other staff. Despite this, I would book again."
