"We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. The first night the room was quite chilly and we couldn't get the heater to blow warm air, reception brought us a heater which didn't have much impact as the room was huge...so reception gave us another room, no fuss or messing about, just moved us. The rooms were lovely and large, really comfy, clean beds and plenty of space. Bathroom good, bathrobes and slippers provided. Breakfast was lovely. We had dinner there both night's, food was good and not at all over priced. The reception team were great, so friendly. Position of the hotel was fantastic, just across the road from Hyde Park. This is a hotel i would definitely recommend and would definitely go back to."

"The Thistle is a lovely hotel with good mattresses, big and fluffy towels and amazingly quiet rooms. I love the proximity to Kensington Park and you are close to Queensway with its’ shops and tube and bus access."
