"There were some unfair comments online made about the hotel which I disagree with. The hotel met our expectations and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just transitioning into Christmas and the decorations and aroma in reception and the lounges was beautiful. No chairs in the bedroom as so small. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, you helped yourself from a cupboard in the reception area.
