Bath Lodge Castle

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (115)
"The room was not as we expected. You opened the door straight onto the double bed. There were just about enough room to walk round the bed. 2 kited steps up to the bathroom. No chairs in the bedroom as so small. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, you helped yourself from a cupboard in the reception area. The noise from the traffic was like being next to a motorway- even with the secondary glazing. We were booked for 3 nights - we stayed one and came home. On the plus side it was clean and...

Best Western Limpley Stoke Hotel

3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (1000)
"8/10 lost points on the mattress being very firm, not conducive to a good nights sleep for me sadly. Double Room was small but adequate for us for 3 nights stay. En suite spacious, nice big shower cubicle, hot water. Food was very good, plenty of choice on the menus in the evening. Breakfast was help yourselves so as much of whatever you wanted. Only down side was the dreadful tea from an electric machine. Weak, tasteless, colourless. Everyone was complaining about it but was the same every day....

The Old Priory

3.5 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (25)
"We loved our stay at "The Old Priory". There were three of us traveling and it was a delight to find that we had two separate rooms for the beds. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts very pleasant. It was a rainy day and it was nice to be able to warm up by the downstairs fire. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. The fluffiest eggs I have ever had!"

Brocks Guest House

4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (230)
"A really nice place to stay in Bath. It's a great location between the Royal Crescent and The Circus. The room was spacious with a sofa and table and chairs. The bed was very comfortable and the welcome was friendly. I really liked the Sash windows. I will definitely stay here again. The only downsides are the shower isn't very powerful, the towels could be thicker and the lounge with fireplace and honesty bar is permanently shut. Which I would have liked to have used . Maybe take the lounge...
