"It was an overnight stay as we were traveling home. So did not take advantage of gym, pool and restaurant. So cannot give a total review. However, we found the room was adequate but the bathroom could do with an upgrade. "

"Friendly polite and helpful staff made our stay special. The hotel is a pleasant 25 minute walk to the city centre. The small spa allowed for relaxing after walking around Bath for the day. Sunday Lunch was a lovely start to our two night break."

"Super room - immaculately clean and well presented. Shower - excellent! Full English and veggie breakfast hit the mark with a great range of pastries and cereals to complement this. Staff were friendly and helpful - would imagine any future visits to Bath would be spent staying here."

"Absolutely amazing experience here. We had dinner at Bouvardia which was incredible and the service was impeccable. Our room was so clean and we were upgraded to a luxury suite, the bed was so comfortable and the bath was lovely. The staff were all great and so welcoming, the honesty bar is also a great idea. The only downside was it was quite noisy outside in the early morning as they were doing works on the road and people were constantly beeping! We will definitely be back. "
