Friendly polite and helpful staff made our stay special. The hotel is a pleasant 25 minute walk to the city centre. The small spa allowed for relaxing after walking around Bath for the day. Sunday Lunch was a lovely start to our two night break.

A beautiful property and very convenient in Bath. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel relaxed. I would give 5 stars but my room had no control over the heating and it was very hot during the night. Had to keep the windows opened.

Really lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. The spa is very good. Surrounding area is gorgeous, as is the hotel garden. Only a 15min walk into the centre of Bath via Victoria Park / Royal Cresent.

Fantastic property, so elegantly furnished, beautiful extensive grounds, including outdoor pool. We were so fortunate with great sunny weather, so lunch on the terrace was wonderful. Wonderful!
Wonderful stay. Excellent service and was given an upgrade on our room which was lovely. Food was delicious especially the turmeric bread, we had never had it before and it was very tasty. Relaxing spa treatment too. All in all a very special stay.

We first stayed her 30 years ago so was interested in seeing if it held up. It did. Rooms are a bit hot but they provided fans. Dinner was outstanding. The best the 5 days we were in Bath. Breakfast was not quite up to par but the staff was excellent in all ways.
