"I really enjoyed the people that helped us with the check in. They had an individual assist with our luggage. They made sure we were satisfied our accommodations. This is a nice quaint place back off the path. Highly recommend this place. The only issue is that transportation is extremely limited. "

"Need more options for breakfast, like bagels, toaster oven, boiled eggs, fruits, etc... We stayed for 7 days and I expected more options for breakfast. There were fruit flies in the room every day. The a/c should not blow directly to the bed. It made sleeping very cold even when we raised the temperature. The room had a stale smell that would not go away."

"Numero uno is a great place! Perfect location, helpful staff, right on the beach, walking distance to plenty of shopping and dining. The property is clean with nice amenities. But there are some things that could use some TLC. Bathroom was small and odd water pressure/hot water issues. "

"I loved this place!!! The dock has such a breath taking view. I personally enjoy that it’s close to the airport, I like seeing the planes so up close. The villa feels like home, very cozy. Super aesthetic, great for taking pictures. And the area is nice, walkable and has authentic real Puerto Rican restaurants near by. "

"This a great place for a quick pit stop. It was clean and very comfortable. I wish there was a little fridge and a microwave. I would stay here again and the host was available through WhatsApp. "

"Great hidden gem! Hosts were very kind. The area is secure and always locked. Garage to park in. Room great! So clean, can cook and really make yourself at home here. Beautiful patio area w pool and chairs to sit by pool. Unlock the gate and it leads to the beach. Beach is a little rough so we chose the pool. A lot of dining options in area. Area/streets outside of hotel is a bit dirty and run down. Would definitely stay here again! "

"I would like to start by saying that the hosts are absolute gems. From prior to arriving, they gave suggestions, support and made us feel comfortable before getting there. That was a first and a blessing. Secondly, the property is just beautiful, immaculate, spacious with the privacy needed. The rooms are each special in their own way and to be honest, there was this super relaxed feeling most of us felt because of the ambiance. I booked this last minute, but when I arrived at the location there was NO FRONT DESK (as per listing), and when I called the contact number I was informed the PROPERTY WAS ALREADY RENTED. I was told that they couldnt refund my money, and to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia, and they were NO HELP. They will not refund my money, claiming the PROPERTY OWNER has the money. "The staff was very friendly and would answer all my questions. The area around the property was outdated but inside the apartment was nicer. The water pressure for the shower was not the best. They have narrow hallways. There are no elevators so you have to climb up to your apartment through the stairs. There is only AC in the rooms. Not the kitchen nor the living room. I would stay again if this place was in a different location. Overall, what made this experience was the very friendly staff....
