"The staff was very friendly and would answer all my questions. The area around the property was outdated but inside the apartment was nicer. The water pressure for the shower was not the best. They have narrow hallways. There are no elevators so you have to climb up to your apartment through the stairs. There is only AC in the rooms. Not the kitchen nor the living room. I would stay again if this place was in a different location. Overall, what made this experience was the very friendly staff....

"Cute studio apartment, very clean, excellent location right on the strip next to ESJ towers... especially for the price. Pool area is great, short walk to beach access points. Excellent communication from property manager. Owner had thoughtful details in apt such as: beach towels and chairs, cooler, sunblock, aloe vera gel for sunburns, body wash, and even coffee creamer & sugar! Highly recommend and will def be staying here again!"

"We had such a wonderful stay in Luquillo! The property was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the action. We LOVED the outdoor kitchen/living area. I was initially nervous about mosquitos, but they were not an issue. We were able to explore the rainforest and go to the beach during our four day stay - both are equally as close. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby.Mary was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We cannot wait to return to lovely Luquillo!"
