"Very comfortable and accommodating condo with a very nice beach 🏝️ located only steps away! The beds and new furniture as well as newly tiled bath shower are all very nice. Well stocked kitchen. And, there is a closet full of fun! Including beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool toys, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc. Enrique is an extremely responsive, helpful and informative host! We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar Beach Condo and were very glad we selected it for our first trip to PR!"

"The host was really kind and allowing us to check in early. Proximity to the beaches was great. The rooms were great and it was close enough to the Yunque and San Juan. we definitely will look at staying at that location again in the future. Overall, it is a very quiet, clean complex. My family and I didn't love Seven Seas beach which was the main reason we chose this location. You have to cross some large, sharp, rocky areas to enter the ocean and the water was very cloudy while we were there. No ability to snorkel at all even though some sites say this beach...

"We had a wonderful time at Marilyns Condo. Great beach access, nice pool, condo was nice and clean with great accommodations. Would definitely stay again!!"

"A nice condo with a balcony and an outstanding view of the beach and surf, which are practically right below. The unit was clean and well appointed with a kitchen. There is artwork at places throughout, mostly with a marine animal theme. Typical of beach accommodations there was no carpeting; tile and laminate flooring are easier to keep clean. The water pressure was much less than we are accustomed to, but we understand that may be a result of insufficient infrastructure or other reasons and...

"Maria and Ramon are the number one host ever!! I went to their villa with my family, and we had the best family time ever. The view is incredible the villa is very comfy we had everything we need games, towels, the pools are near, there is a golf cart that can pick you up and take you to the hotel. Definitely I will stay in their villa again!! "

"A little disappointed there was no balcony. We knew this : however, there were large windows that faced the ocean and opened letting in a nice breeze. We were there for 10 days and one of the elevators was broken the entire time. Easy access to the beach but no chairs provided and 2 chairs and 1 umbrella was $25 a day! You will have to buy ice. Would I stay there again? Yes fabulous location."
