"Communication was fabulous! The property was great. I only left a 4 star on the accuracy and check in as i couldn't print the directions as we were already on the way to airport, and it's a 20 minute walk to the beach, but 5 minutes on the golf cart. We really enjoyed our trip!"

"The house is gorgeous. The outside living areas are perfection and so fun for hanging around after a day at the local beach, or an evening drink or two. Such a quiet neighborhood, perfectly located near many activities and great restaurants. The golf cart to the beach was so much fun. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked, and plenty of outdoor supplies available including beach towels, chairs, coolers, and toys for outside play. The house was very clean, but many of the dishes were dirty upon arrival so we felt the need to wash them all. I would recommend leaving some cleaning supplies behind so we can wipe down counters and tables throughout the stay. Otherwise she had everything you could need there in the house including sun screen, bug spray, candles, games. Princess was readily available for questions and full of suggestions on where to go and places to eat. The guest book in the home is a great idea. We got many suggestions from there as well. Overall, you will LOVE this house and its location. A very sweet tropical getaway surrounded by lovely plants. "

"Luis was a super responsive host and the villa itself was a gem. It's a great change from the glass and aluminum box style spaces with its thick stucco walls and red tiles roofs it has a Mediterranean vibe. The large, deep balcony was angled for privacy from neighboring units, looked out on greenery and even stayed mostly dry in the occasional tropic rain bursts. Lots of interior room to spread out, too. Great find!"
