"We went for a quick long weekend get away from the cold. The condo was clean, bed was comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The condo is about a 5 minute drive from Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks. There are about 2 restaurants you can walk to. To get to the other fast food places and Walgreens you would have to cross a 4 lane highway at a light. There is 1 air conditioner in the bedroom. Worked well for us in the bedroom, but not sure if it would work for cooling the whole condo during hotter...

"We stayed at this property for a short 4 day trip to PR with the family. The location is very close to the beach and convenient for a family. The pool is nice. The beach is quite wavy but if you walk to the right along the beach about 10 min, there is a nice calm cove. The location felt safe for us. Overall, we felt the apartment itself would use a deep clean as we had a crawling baby. Would recommend. "

"The location of the property is absolutely fabulous with an easy walk across well manicured lawns to a practically private beach for miles. Also convenient to the National Rain Forest and Carabalí Resort with plenty of adventures and activities to do. The home was sufficiently stocked with dishes, cooking items, and linens…including beach towels and a cooler. Beach toys and chairs were an appreciated touch, and the pool right in your back yard was fabulous!"

"We had a BLAST! We said countless times how the beach we were on was the best one we found! It was not necessary “swim” safe, but the river, water, sand and rainforest were stunning and it was never busy! Close by were so many options. Food, beaches, entertainment - all while feeling safe the whole time. We even made friends with the security guy who took his job very seriously and kept a very close eye on who was coming and going. 10/10 loved our stay! One tiny suggestion would be a few more...

"Villa was nice. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony watching the world wake up. The pools and property are well maintained. The beach was just out the door. This is what you pay for when you stay in this villa. Location, location, location. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the outside amenities.We discovered a small water problem on check-in day and the owner was very quick to resolve the issue.Honestly, the villa could use some updating, which the owner may be working on....

"This is a great little condo with everything that you need - I even found a broom to clean up the endless sand! Nice, quiet beach just 50 feet away. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Close to the rain forest and the bioluminescent bay. Good communication with the owner. Nice place to stay, especially for the price. I would stay there again."

"The condo is perfect. The location is perfect; a couple of minutes to visit a wonderful swimming beach and just a short drive to El Yunque National Forest. Great dining options near the condo. It’s just a short 30 min trip to San Juan. The condo is clean and well equipped with quality. E we stayed at multiple VRBO properties, but Astoria’s was by far our favorite. We will book this one again."
