"My wife and I took our kids (5 and 2.5) along with my parents to stay on the Bahtia resort property and loved every minute of it. The in subdivision pool was great for an evening swim and during the day we had easy access (via golf cart) to both the beach club pool and bar area as well as the st Regis hotel pool and bar area. We also explored the boathouse which featured kayaks, paddle boards, and a floating obstacle course which proved daunting for my kids (this time)All of the staff members...

"I loved the place! It could have been a bit cleaner, but over all I loved the stay. No a.c. which was fine for me. The nights were nice enough to not sweat at all, and it was the end of Aug. My friend really didn't care for it. So, if you need more than some of the most beautiful nature and scenery and basic necessities, it probably isn't for you. And the cats.... They are everywhere on the island, but extra cuddly here."

"Nothing to complain about. It was clean and as advertised. It’s steps from the pool and a short walk to the ocean. You can walk miles of beach. It is super quiet and a little bit set off from other places (15 minute drive from the main road). We liked this feature, but some people might prefer a more active area.
