"Arundel is such a stunning place to visit and The Swan Hotel is a great base to see it from. I can’t fault the check in or the service, both were excellent. The breakfast was really superb and the quality of teas and coffees in the room was really very good. I’ve taken off one star because our room was cramped and had a very small window making it quite dark, plus the shower drained very slowly meaning it overflowed a bit. I would definitely return but I’d make a better choice of room next time,...

"The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. But our family room was over the laundry and at 6am they were draging metal trolleys in and out. Ans with a toddler this woke her after a late night traveling. The bathroom was dirty, The toilet had marks in it and there was thick dust behind the sink and sticky drip stains on the batbroom floor. Other than this the stay was nice. Breakfast was lovely. The pool and saunas were out of use which was disappointing. "

"Had a lovely comfortable room, clean and tidy & well decorated Bit frustrating that the pub this is set within closed at 6 on day of arrival & wasnt open other 2 days, with no prior notice. There was no TV available in the room and builders started early. However the service from Kerry, Katie and Dave was superb and accommodated us as best as possible during their refurb (which looks great, by the way!) Would love to stay again if in the area."
