The position is excellent for visiting family. The staff were friendly and helpful but training is needed resolving issues. We returned to our room on our final night and found that neither entry card worked. A new card was issued. We entered the room and it had not been serviced. When questioned about both issues, the staff instead owning them, suggested we had placed the cards close to our phones, which wipes the card memory. This was not the case.
The room was not cleaned because we had hung a 'greener stay' card ond the door when we left. This was impossible because we did not have the green stay card, just the standard 'still in or clean my room.
Whilst the staff were very friendly and helpful, they should understand that the customer should never ,at the outset, be at fault. This has made us reconsider changing our location when we visit family
