"beautiful hotel and service is excellent. Long line at check in however went very quickly. Room with balcony is great however the floor is in a bit of disrepair. Simple fix will make it 100%. "

"Very nice place. Friendly staff. Pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. What I didn't like- Our room didn't have a heating/cooling system. So. it was dead quiet plus too hot. We had to open our window to keep from being cooked. All night in 20 degree weather we had the window opened. Shower was awful Super crazy pressure in a cheap showerhead. The water was cold and painful by the time it hit you. All in all it was nice, but I most likely wouldn't stay again."
