"Beautiful property and super helpful and friendly staff. When I arrived the room had not been properly cleaned with towels left in the bathroom, dirt and trash in the bin. Staff were helpful and very apologetic but wvery day i couldnt also get the coffee machine to work. Staff were the highlight- postive. Friendly, Helpful."

"We are a family of 3 with teenage daughter, we booked the one bedroom suite, it was wonderful. Spacious living room with sleeper sofa and a private bedroom which was also spacious. It felt like living in a one bedroom apartment. Beds were comfy. Windows brought in so much sunlight. "

"Excellent hotel. Very accommodating staff. Check-in by friendly staff was seamless. Appreciated the late checkout, which was an important convenience. Bellman courteous and helpful in storing large amount of luggage. Parking attendings terrific in retrieving safely stored vehicle. Was very pleased by stay. I have been impressed by the service and value during this and other recent Fairmont stays. "

"Everything was lovely and beautiful. It seemed that there was an old and chronic problem with the bath tub. It constantly ran at a small stream and you could see where it had worn through the tub surface which left a strong metallic odor in the bathroom"
