"I went with my partner in mid-January, the hotel is accessible to everything, 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean, they smelled good, the included breakfast was good, hot and cold options, fruits, good coffee, fresh every day and the area clean. The front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast staff were super good and attentive to everything. "Very clean and reasonably priced. Ample parking. I should have requested a handicap room because mine had no handrails or anything else to hold onto in the shower. The room decor is modern with sharp corners, something I've become wary of in my old age. Will stay here again in the future, probably."
