"I really like the convience. It was connected to the Midori Shopping Center and there was a walk way bridge straight to Don Quiote. And it's also connected to Nagano Station. Very Clean too. Breakfast was a plus too."

The onsen/bath on-site was always clean, though be conscious of the posted "busy times". Complimentary ice cream or yogurt was a nice plus. Staff at the desk were very helpful and were willing to use translate apps to navigate language barriers. Location is very close to Nagano Station and a convenience store. "
