"First time we have stayed at the hotel and it’s safe to say we were not disappointed. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming and the hotel’s facilities are excellent. The breakfast is really good and there is plenty to choose from, also the free secure parking is excellent and an added bonus. The restaurant is excellent and they have some great offers on for residents, the hotel offered a New Year’s Eve party special which was a 3 course meal with a glass of Prosecco and was very well priced. Chester city centre is a 5 minute walk which is ideal and if you walk along the canal path there’s a great pub 3 minutes away called the Harkers Arms. We enjoyed the hotel that much we have already booked for New Year’s Eve this year and we can recommend this hotel highly. Also our room was cleaned every day with the towels replaced every day, all together we had a fantastic 3 nights and the staff were first class."

"Genuinely warm welcome from Jon at Concierge and Reception staff. Superior Double Room was beautifully appointed and huge. We enjoyed an incredibly reasonably priced Afternoon Tea followed by an expertly crafted cocktail in the sumptuous bar. Breakfast was a stunning spread and beautifully presented and flavoursome with top quality meats and eggs on offer. Particularly enjoyed the quirky smoothies !! BRAVO TITANIC HOTEL "
