Instructions were not timely and when received did not include how to access the external door to reach the safe where the physical key was located, so had to use international plan to call the property contact. "The ferry to central station is right next to the hotel which is very convenient. Staff is excellent and very accommodating. This hotel was definitely the most unique one I've been to with the karaoke elevator and arcade. "
