A solid choice for a weekend getaway! The staff were friendly, the location was peaceful, and the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. However, the walk-in shower had drainage issues, causing some flooding during use. Overall, it offers good value for the price.

Really enjoyed stay however we booked a large single room that sleep 2 an got a twin, the toilet absolutely smelt disgusting. We couldn't really even open the door otherwise itd knock you out with the smell haha

The room was very basic. There was a coffee machine with no instructions to use it, a TV with no instructions and a shower that didn't work. Staff didn't seem to care about us. I was staying with my retired mum and my daughter aged 16, I am in my 40s. We asked at reception about the shower and a man came to show us how to use it. It was very stiff and the water could only be turned on and off if you used a towel over the handle. My mum couldn't turn it on or off and we all really struggled. It wasn't easy at all and put my daughter off using it at all! The room was dull and very boring. There was no phone to call reception. Redeeming features were it was clean and they make good pizza in the hotel. But I wouldn't stay there again due to lack of ambience. You don't get much for the price and breakfast isn't included.

Hotel was a lot more rundown than I expected and the bathroom smelt like sewage for the duration of my stay. However apart from this, the facilities were clean, nothing was broken and the staff were friendly and helpful.
