We liked: 1-The style, 2- Ceanliness, 3- The staff. 4- Allowing us to check-in even before chrck-in hours. 5- The metro station is 5 minutes walk.
We did not like: 1- No room dining, 2- No phone in the room, 3- Limited dining hours. 4- Limited food menu. 5- Limited attractions or dining options in the area. 6- No bellman/ bellboy or concierge attendant.
We did not try regular meal times (BF, L, D). So we can't comment.
Although the bar stays open late hours, it's the only option to eat in the hotel. Even after you undress after a long cold night, you have to dress up again and go to the bar in the lobby if you want to order food from a limited menu! No one to carry your luggage, even if there is, no phone to ask for assistance! You must go to the front desk and request!
Indeed, the hotel is not a 4-star hotel as Expedia listed. Honostly, I never experienced a similar star rating missing these features!
Hotel standards are almost known and can be summarized:
If it's a B&B, we expect something clean, standard furniture, and breakfast with limited options. If it's 4-star, we expect more features such as a telephone in the room, a 24 hr room service, and a comrehensive food menu. If it's a 5-star, we expect more such as luxurius building in all of facilities and services.
We do not think we will visit the hotel again.
