"We stayed at the property from October 18th to October 20th, 2024. The website stated that complimentary water would be provided, but when we checked in, we were not given any despite asking multiple times. The staff seemed careless about our request and ultimately provided only one bottle of water for our two-day stay. We had to sleep all night thirsty without drinking water, and since it was late, we could not get water from nearby shops."

Although the steep, narrow steps were a mission, they are typical of local architecture and should be seen as a cultural experience rather than a North American "accessibility issue"—if you need an elevator, are obese, or dislike narrow, steep, winding stairs, this place isn't for you. "STAY AWAY!!! The place is a dump. There was actual poo on the floor in the restroom off the lobby. When we told them we couldn't stay because if was such a dump, they refused to refund ANY of our money even though we never stayed there. "

"Lovely rooms, the rooms are spacious but the toilets and showers are tiny! Nothing bad though, just a heads up. Also you can hear your neighbors most of the time but other than that it’s pretty peaceful"

"From the time that I arrived to the time that I left, they really treated me as best they could, also managed to find a room on the first floor due to my health condition. Alway was extremely professional and friendly. A modest place but clean and well located. Comfortable bed, breakfast was fresh every day. I can definitely recommend it including family. Thanks a lot for the warm welcome. Def I'll be back."
