The staff members were great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel room itself was unique and unexpected with the shower and toilet pods. A little small and crowded, but manageable for 1-person for 1-night. I couldn't figure out how to contact a staff member via phone, so I had to physically go down to the lobby.

It was an all round great, quiet hotel and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great location and transport links were available which made it easy to go to all the tourist areas. Vegetarian selection of the hotel menu could be improved but there are enough places locally to eat at.

I wanted to be close to Amstelveen and this was the perfect spot. 15-20 minute bike ride to the core and a quick walk to the Zuidas Metro station. It's a friendly, clean Hotel with friendly staff and all amenities. 👍

This location was super convenient. Very close to the tram and metro which connects you to almost everything. The only thing is the rooms are super tiny. Too small for 2 people and 2 luggage’s. Otherwise I did love my stay, the stay were very nice and helpful. They have a 24/7 bar/restaurant if you are a late night person. The facility was super clean and overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Perfect place if you want quietness and to escape the hustle bustle of the heart of Amsterdam. It’s a short walk to the train/metro station. From there it’s like a15-20 min ride into city center. There’s several food options in the area otherwise there isn’t much and you really need to use public transport. But this citizenM is pretty much similar to most citizenM hotels

Had a really pleasant stay - all the staff working at this CitizenM were very helpful and friendly. The location was really close to the station to head into Centraal (about a 10 min walk) and there were also restaurants nearby. This hotel does have a 24/7 canteen - the bitterballen and chicken karaage were really good! I would definitely stay here again.
