I had excellent help from the front desk, Leo and Bram at the bar, excellent and knowledgable Maintenance guy, Michael, who fixed the safe and my luggage, and the room service lady. This hotel is a gem. Very comfortable too. Don’t expect USA size rooms of course, but my 2 stays now were perfectly adequate and comfy.
