"We generally had a great stay here, for 8 nights. Staff were friendly and location was great. A few tiny issues: wish I had known the restaurant on site didn’t serve dinner, only drinks. That said, Rembrandtplein was close and had lots of options. Also the bathroom had some mold behind the sink. The beds were comfy and linens were good. Generally, I’d stay again and would recommend to friends "

"Easy check-in. They got me in a room early at 10:00 a.m. because they had a room ready, which was wonderful. Staff is very helpful and service-oriented. "My husband and I stayed here as a stop on our honeymoon tour and we have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff went above and beyond for us (upgraded our room for free, left flowers and champagne in the room a sweet note) and were consistently kind, attentive, and overall pleasant to interact with. You could tell the employees really care about providing good service. The hotel was clean, easy to get around, and located in a superb location (walking distance to pretty much everything)....
