"Old building that is converted into a hotel. Beautifully done. The W has actually two buildings. If you stay at one building and want to use the gym or pool, you have to cross the street. It's a very small street so it is actually charming rather than annoying. Pool and spa are GORGEOUS. I also stayed at the W in Barcelona but this one is definitely more impressive. THey also had a cool lounge on top of the building."

"An amazingly located hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. With easy walks from local transport and nearby attractions, it's a perfect choice for someone looking to explore. The hotel is also beautiful and steeped in local history. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, although the breakfast team needs to bump their awareness and speed somewhat as waiting 30 mins for the first coffee and cutlery is unacceptable. The buffet items are also often poorly stocked and overall the breakfast experience...

"Nice hotel but the walls and windows were extremely thin. Could very clearly hear people in rooms next to you and on the streets. If you’re looking to party and sleep isn’t a priority this is a great spot. "
