"Everything was absolutely perfect except for the heating/plumbing/electrical. Shower drain barely worked, bottom of shower filled with water. Sink faucet handle slowly leaked water when turned on. Heat was on but room still felt quite cold, so maybe a bit under-designed for the space. Some of the lights upstairs did not work so the upper loft area was a bit dark. Just not stuff you would expect to be wrong at a place as nice as The Dylan."

"We stayed here on our trip to Amsterdam and we love this hotel! The hotel itself is very quaint and nice size rooms and maintains the historical feel and theme of the city. The best part of the hotel is the staff! The hospitality and service at this hotel is top notch, they are so attentive and nice.
