"Comfy stay, the hotel is in a convenient location and well furnished. I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!) I agreed a 2pm checkout as I had a meeting to attend online. During my meeting the telephone in the room started to ring loudly. They were calling to see why I hadn’t checked out! "It was nice and spacious for a family of 4 and right on a bus line directly to centraal station. The kids having their own bedroom and beds was a huge bonus. its out if the hotels control but the area around had homless people and was a bit unsafe grtting back later at night. "
