"This is the best all-inclusive I have ever been to! We upgraded to the Serenity Club and it was definitely worth it. You get a butler that can make reservations at the restaurants for you, appointments at the spa, etc. You also get top shelf liquor, an exclusive pool, and an exclusive breakfast and dinner restaurant. But even if we didn’t upgrade, this place was incredible! We loved our ocean view room with the swim up infinity pool, and our bed was super comfortable. The grounds were immaculate, I always saw staff keeping up with cleaning. It was modern and there were plenty of pool chairs and beach huts. The restaurants had great food, we never had to wait long at a bar to get a drink (including the swim up bars) and the entertainment was fantastic! They always had something going on, so you could stay as busy as you want, or chill out as much as you want. It was top notch service all the way around! Shout out to our butler Adrián, and the staff including Janet whom we took a guacamole class with, and Christina whom we played bocce ball with, and Shark Boy who was the MC for a lot of the activities…I don’t think he ever sleeps! Everyone from the moment we walked in until the moment we left were friendly, accommodating and always greeted you with a smile. I can’t wait to go back!"

Pool events during the day, evening daily shows and a lobby bar made this place great entertainment. Clean, quiet and great staff. "Best Place on earth"

"It was our favorite property we’ve ever stayed in! The media room was everybody’s favorite! We had a lot of fun in the hot tube too. The barn with the games was a huge hit as well!! It is off the beaten path so the privacy was ideal! We loved how spacious the house was and all the natural light. It was clean and well decorated. The host was sweet and kept in touch. I did notice the dyer was broken as the master bedroom remote and tv were not in working order, which she said they would attend to. All around favorite Vrbo property we’ve stayed in. "

"Place is gorgeous! One thing that was a little annoying was the mowing/weed eating when a person is trying to relax. We have been to other resorts and they do not have electric or gas mowers or weed eaters. Otherwise we had a great time and would come back"
