"I can only confirm what other 5 star reviewers have said. The unit was comfortable, clean, quiet, and located in a lovely neighborhood. We were visiting family nearby for Christmas and arrived to find a small tree and other holiday decorations setting the mood in the rental. The host was welcoming and thoughtfully initiated some other accommodations due to holiday activities in the area. We will definitely check availability of this property first the next time we visit L.A.!"

The biljard’s game room was an excellent addition to the property, as it entertained both kids and parents. However, it’s important to mention that the neighboring property was quite an eyesore. The adjacent terrain was cluttered with old cars, containers, and unused machinery, which detracted from the otherwise serene environment. While this didn't affect the stay directly, it’s something to be aware...

"The stay was great, the house was good and a great location, however I was disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the place. At this price level I would have expected and hoped for more. It didn’t spoil our stay, but little things like no smart speakers, poor condition of furnishings, poor internet and very dirty windows could have made our stay much better."
