"Our room, a junior suite was quite large and surgically clean. Bathroom was very modern, large and with great water pressure. Staff was great. My only caution would be to comment that this is not an air-conditioned hotel in the usual sense. There is a system which can be set to lower the temperature in the room slightly, but we found it ineffective. If you're not comfortable sleeping in a warm room, this hotel might best be considered only in the cooler months. "

"Very pleasant stay here…kind and helpful welcome with room orientation, lots of amenities like free tea-coffee, welcome drink, fully equipped room. Room was very small but amazingly designed to include everything you need…just wish there was a little more space for luggage but otherwise it was perfectly set up. Shower is great. Bath products smelled lovely. There are drinking water stations on every floor so bring a water bottle. Free baselcard is a great value for the museums and public...
