"The Hotel Victoria is ideal when traveling via train, trolly or bus as it is directly across the street from the main transportation center. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. It is withing walking distance of food and shopping. "

"Our room, a junior suite was quite large and surgically clean. Bathroom was very modern, large and with great water pressure. Staff was great. My only caution would be to comment that this is not an air-conditioned hotel in the usual sense. There is a system which can be set to lower the temperature in the room slightly, but we found it ineffective. If you're not comfortable sleeping in a warm room, this hotel might best be considered only in the cooler months. "

"This place almost gets a 10 out of 10. The staff are great, , I loved our room, the location is good. The shower floor is too level so water goes under the shower door and gets the area in front of the shower wet. They need to leave more towels to deal with that. What I hated are the pillows- rock hard bricks, and no softer options. And I couldn’t use a rolled up towel for a pillow because all the towels were wet from the shower! But I would still come back- just check the pillow and towel...
