"NIE WIEDER! Sehr schlechtes Personal, welches fast nie vor Ort anwesend war und auch keine Auskunft zum Restaurant/Bar (Frühstück) und Check-out geben konnte. Wir standen beim Check-out vor einer leeren Reception und bei Nachfrage hiess es, dass wir noch bis 14:00 Uhr warten müssen (Check-out gemäss Info-Mail und Infobroschüre im Zimmer 11:00 Uhr). "This was a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The restaurant, Hangar 9 was very good. You get a 10 CFR discount in your key card packet. The burgers were delicious and the fries were great. The casino is very nice and an added bonus gor your stay. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. "
