"This is a really nice hotel situated a 5 minute downhill walk from the train station and about ten minute slow walk from the centre of town. Staff were friendly, bedroom and all public areas were immaculately presented and its well situated for a twenty minute walk to the Feldschollsen brewery where you can go on a brewery tour. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends travelling through Basel as it is an easy 18minute train drive."

"This was a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The restaurant, Hangar 9 was very good. You get a 10 CFR discount in your key card packet. The burgers were delicious and the fries were great. The casino is very nice and an added bonus gor your stay. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. "

"Beautiful location. Unique boutique hotel next to the lake. The room (Cocoon Junior Suite) had spacious balcony with outdoor tub and peaceful view across the lake to distant mountains. "Check-in automate was broken, nobody on site. Had to work with staff by phone to even get room keys including rebooting the check-in automate. In the aftermath I ended up getting charged twice for the stay because of this and hotel refused to reimburse, claiming that it is just a hold while it is clearly a double booking. Worst experience. I would strongly recommend to avoid this place. Hotel provides ear plugs as it is so loud from traffic that sleeping without is impossible."
