"Comfortable stay & convenient location but if you’re a solo female walking back from the station to the hotel, the route can be a bit stressful as there are young folks on motorbikes with roaring engines near the university area. Extremely convenient though for the trains & buses & very near to the lake & town. "My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot."

We especially loved the location. Everything you would want to see and experience is a short walk. The shopping, dining and convenience to the train station below the station was amazing. "

"The room was nice but we seemed to be a distraction for the staff as they tried to run the restaurant. You have to walk through part of v the dining area to get to the rooms which makes things difficult when they are full. After driving to get to the hotel, they were not willing to allow us to eat there, starting they were full, even though the dining room was empty when we checked in. "
