"I stayed at this property for four nights in April 2025. All of the staff I worked with were very pleasant and helpful. I splurged on a corner room so I could have a view of the busy streets and city. The first room I was assigned was on the 14th floor and had a less-than-exciting view. I arrived later in the evening, so there were no other rooms available, but they agreed to move me the next day. I was able to pack my bag and leave it in the room and go out and enjoy the day.
