"Overall good, lighting was definitely an issue - manual lamps awful & auto panel seemed to have mind of its own. Housekeeper completely rearranged our stuff which was awkward. Check in was challenging - we were told only about 10 mins & we waited in lobby. Then after 45 mins of not being called, went back up to desk to find our room was ready. Frustrating after long day of flights. Hotel staff was nice & location was great. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a drink as the place seemed close...

"The service at The Langham NYC is top-notch!!! Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay. We've now been to Langhams in Chicago, Boston, and NYC. The only minor suggestion is to maybe renew the carpeting and furniture to update the hotel. Thank you for the treats to celebrate my milestone birthday. The location is the best in all of Manhattan.
