"Wow! This hotel amazed us from start to end. My husband booked a night for our wedding anniversary and let’s just say we plan to return. I absolutely love the decor of the whole hotel and the room was divine with the view. The room was nice and clean. View from the evening and morning skyline from nyc was the highlight. We had dinner and breakfast at Noho location at the hotel. Excellent food and service! "

"Everything was great except online check in -pre-check in was not very smooth as I had to re-enter my passport info at least 3x and the system didn’t recognize it. Otherwise the people (reception, coffee barista ) were very nice and the location and room were great!"
